Whaling Day Silverdale Wa_July 2018

Since 1972 Silverdale's Whaling Days has been a Family Oriented Festival in the "Old Town" section of Town, Always the Last weekend in July it is a Fun time for all with Booths, Rides, A Whale of a Run, Fair Food and even a few Games to be played. Interestingly it is run exclusively by Volunteers. They have a Beer Garden and Fireworks on Friday Night. They also have the Duck Race with a chance for someone to win big as well as a Stage set up with some excellent Musical acts appearing live throughout the weekend. It's usually a pretty cool summer event; It has a real "Small Town' feel to it.
